Prima Group has teamed up with Housing Perks, a mobile app that offers discounted vouchers, cashback and free items to housing association tenants. The app supports tenants with the cost of living.
With Housing Perks, you can now save on what you already buy online and in stores. The free app will help you to save money on the essentials such as:
Groceries
Fuel
Clothing
School uniforms and equipment
Home Furnishings & DIY
Family days out
Get up to 10% discount at your favourite stores.
How to Sign Up
Download the Housing Perks app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Press “Sign up,” enter your details, and follow the on-screen instructions.
When asked which housing association, select Prima Group and click continue.
Ensure your account is registered to your Prima Group address—have your tenancy reference ready.

Rent Contributions
Housing Perks has introduced a new feature for tenants using their mobile app – Rent Contributions.
This feature allows you to automatically apply the savings you make from using Housing Perks vouchers towards your rent. It’s a straightforward way to make your savings work for you.
How it works
Whenever you save money by purchasing a voucher through Housing Perks, the savings can be automatically applied as a contribution towards your rent balance. Setting it up is simple, and you remain in control.
To get started:
Open the Housing Perks app and go to the Rent section in the menu.
Enable "Rent Contributions" (if it’s not already switched on).
Once set up, any savings from voucher purchases will be automatically applied to your rent.
Example
If you buy a £100 Asda voucher with a 4% discount, you’ll pay £100 for the voucher and receive a £100 voucher to use in-store. Additionally, £4 will be contributed towards your rent by Housing Perks.
If you prefer to receive the discount immediately, you can easily switch back.
